US President-elect Donald Trump has not ruled out a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Trump told journalist Kristen Welker that he has spoken to about 70 world leaders since his election.
The NBC News correspondent also recalled that Trump has repeatedly said he would end the conflict between Russia and Ukraine within 24 hours, which many believe means Ukraine would have to cede some territory. Trump declined to say whether he believes he can do that.
