Russian President Vladimir Putin received Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in the Kremlin.
According to the Kremlin, Rajnath Singh is in Russia on a working visit. Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov also took part in the meeting.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the 21st meeting of the Russian-Indian intergovernmental commission on military and military-technical cooperation was held in Moscow before this.

The head of the Russian military department congratulated the Indian defense department on the acceptance of the frigate Tushil into the naval forces.
