Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani emphasized the need for serious collective action to force Israel to stop striking Syrian infrastructure, Mehr reported.
It is noted that Araghchi held a telephone conversation with his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, on Thursday to discuss bilateral relations and the latest developments in Syria.
During the phone call, senior diplomats of Iran and Qatar emphasized the need for serious efforts and actions to stop Israeli attacks on Syrian infrastructure and occupation of new territories in the country.
The two foreign ministers also exchanged views on continuing bilateral and multilateral consultations on developments in Syria to promote stability and the formation of an inclusive political system based on the will of the Syrian people.
