The RAH has suspended the operation of the license of "Kotayk TV". The Television and Radio Commission convened another session on September 29. Three issues were on the agenda: 1. Regarding the notification of audio-visual programs presented by "MEDIACAST" JSC. 2. Regarding the application of the "A-TVI" SP company to terminate the operation of the EC N 347 license for the use of a slot in a public multiplex. 3. Regarding the application to terminate the license EC N 305 of "KOTAYK TV" SP company for the use of a slot in the public multiplex in the territory of Kotayk Marz, RA. Having approved the agenda of the session, the Commission decided to approve � Notification of audio-visual programs presented by "MEDIACAST" JSC. The next two questions were related to the applications of "A-TV" and "KOTAYK TV" SP companies to terminate the operation of the republican and regional broadcasting licenses for the use of the slot in the public multiplex. The commission decided to revoke the national and regional distribution licenses issued to them for use of slots in public multiplexes from September 30. Let's remind, that in the previous session, the RAH recognized "A-TVI" LLC as the winner of the public multimedia... �in the capital sprawl competition for licensing the use of a plexus slot. These decisions can be appealed to the Television and Radio Commission or the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia within a period of two months from the date of entry into force.
