The Austrian People’s Party, the Social Democrats and the New Austria – Liberal Forum have agreed to form a coalition almost five months after the parliamentary elections in the republic. This was reported by the ORF television channel.
The Freedom Party of Austria, which took first place in the September elections and opposes anti-Russian sanctions, did not join the coalition.
