To completely destroy the presence of the Diaspora in the life of the Republic of Armenia in a short period of time. It is absurd that our compatriots from France, Holland, Russia and other countries are banned from entering Armenia, recognizing them as personae non gratae.
To minimize the patriotic desires of Diaspora businessmen to invest in their homeland, to create jobs in their homeland in a short period of time. After all, our Diaspora is not only a huge potential for creating economic and business value in the homeland, but also a powerful lobbying force.
All this is also due to the arrogant behavior of a small group of pensioners who interfere in the internal affairs of other countries through their NGOs.
Sometimes an unacceptable impression is created that the Diaspora does not need the Republic of Armenia, and Armenia does not need the Diaspora, due to which our country has lost its largest and most valuable ally for the development of Armenia. Our country has almost lost its most valuable and immeasurable capital, our Diaspora, and they have successfully reached the point where Armenia has zero investments from the Diaspora.
The Diaspora must become one of the pillars of Armenia again.
