A man armed with a knife attacked synagoguegoers in Manchester.
The incident occurred on October 2 at around 9:30 a.m. at the Heaton Park Jewish Community Synagogue on Middleton Road.
According to eyewitnesses, the attacker first drove his car into a crowd of people and then attacked them with a knife.
Police quickly arrived at the scene and opened fire on the suspect. He is presumed dead.
According to preliminary reports, four people were injured in the attack.
The crime scene has been cordoned off. Manchester authorities have advised residents to avoid the area.
