Suren Aghajanyan, a member of the Armenian U23 Greco-Roman wrestling team, won gold at the European U23 Junior Championships in Serbia.
In the 60 kg final, Aghajanyan scored a convincing 9-0 victory over Georgia.
Before reaching the final, the Armenian wrestler eliminated representatives from France (9-0), Poland (10-8), and Denmark (9-1).
Earlier, Aramais Harutyunyan (130 kg) won gold, Samvel Terteryan (77 kg) silver, and Manvel Khachatryan (55 kg) bronze in Greco-Roman wrestling.
