Russia does not consider European countries’ participation in the Ukraine negotiation process advisable, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated.
“You know that there have been signals from the Europeans that they allegedly want to take their place at the negotiating table to resolve the Ukrainian issue, which we do not consider necessary or advisable,” Peskov told reporters.
