David Minasyan is having difficulty breathing, and his nails have begun to turn black. He has been transferred to the Nairi Medical Center.
Lawyer Lusine Martirosyan announced this today, April 3, in a conversation with reporters.
“Yesterday afternoon, defense attorney Elbakyan visited David and noticed that he was feeling unwell, with a headache and difficulty breathing. We visited him again late in the evening, and the complaints remained. This morning, we were informed that he had been transferred to Abovyan Prison. The reason, according to information we received, is that they allegedly want to resolve issues related to his studies. However, this is happening at a time when we have been asking for him to be transferred to the hospital for two days now; his condition is poor.
His condition worsened in Abovyan Prison, and he was transferred to the Abovyan Medical Center, and from there he’s being taken to the Nairi Medical Center.”
“I noticed that David’s nails have started to turn black. He’s being taken to the Nairi Medical Center because that’s where he had his surgeries, final examinations, and inpatient treatment,” she noted.
Referring to the Court of Appeals, Lusine Martirosyan noted that the case will likely be sent to the Court of Appeals today; they are awaiting the recording.
