A closed meeting between the presidents of Russia and Turkey took place in Ashgabat

A meeting between Russian and Turkish Presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, attended by delegations from both countries, has concluded in Turkmenistan. According to RIA Novosti, the meeting lasted 40 minutes.

The meeting was held behind closed doors. The Russian and Turkish delegations left the negotiating room.

Peskov noted that Erdoğan and Putin confirmed during their talks the absence of significant problems in relations between Ankara and Moscow. They exchanged views on the Ukrainian issue.
