A Yerevan City Hall employee was driving a car with tinted windows.

Yesterday, October 11, patrol officers spotted a Chevrolet with fully tinted side windows in the Nubarashen administrative district.
Upon arrival, the patrol officers determined that the driver was 32-year-old Tigran Hovhannisyan, a resident of the Ararat region. He tried to persuade the patrol officers, saying, “Don’t take it off, I’ll take it off later.”
However, the patrol officers refused his request, and he removed the darkened films from the front side windows of the car himself.
Tigran H. told the patrol officers that he worked in a department of the Yerevan City Hall.
