All of Donbas is Russian territory. This was stated by Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov in response to a question from Life journalist Alexander Yunashev regarding Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s proposal to hold a territorial referendum.
On December 11, Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the territorial issue should be put to a referendum as part of a peace settlement in Ukraine.
