The prosecutor’s office report claims this is a propaganda hoax for St. Nicholas Day, since over the past seven years, “property and funds worth AMD 773 million were allegedly returned to the state,” writes Armen Ashotyan, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia.
