Relatives of fallen and missing servicemen gathered outside the Prosecutor General’s Office to support Arsen Ghukasyan, who is searching for his nephew, who went missing during the 44-day war.
As a reminder, Arsen Ghukasyan was arrested and held in custody for a month following an incident with military police officers outside the Ministry of Defense building.
In a conversation with journalists, Sergo Galstyan, the uncle of Levon Galstyan, who died during the 44-day war, noted that Ghukasyan’s detention is unacceptable given his health condition.
“His heart surgery is an obstacle to his illegal detention. If someone wants to go to court and learns that the judge is Masis Melkonyan, they can be sure they will be detained.” “The current government has not brought a single traitor to a public trial so that they will be defeated.” Now, those who have been in Artsakh since 2020 and participated in search and rescue operations are being tried. “Those people who piously collected the relics were sent to Armenia, and the current government has desecrated the DNA,” he said.
