Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of France to the Republic of Armenia, Florian Escudier. The Prime Minister congratulated the ambassador on the occasion of assuming the post and wished him an efficient work. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the importance of continuous development and expansion of the strategic relations formed between Armenia and France. Florian Escudier thanked for the warm hospitality and noted that he will make every effort to consistently strengthen the multi-sectoral cooperation between Armenia and France. The interlocutors discussed issues related to bilateral relations, as well as current programs and upcoming projects. In particular, ideas were exchanged on the development of economic relations, infrastructures, water resources management and joint projects in other directions. Reference was made to the course of Armenia-European Union cooperation, as well as other topics of regional significance.
