During the reign of Serzh Sargsyan, the society in Armenia was not divided by the principle of "me and you". This divisive mentality did not prevail everywhere in public relations. Despite the existing political differences, there were no "blacks" and "whites". There were mechanisms based on mutual respect and political culture. And most importantly, people were not filled with this level of hatred towards each other.
