I am sure that the case of Shaki village has concerned all normal people and has not left anyone indifferent, regardless of who voted for whom or voted at all or not. There are issues that have nothing to do with political preferences. PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan from "Yerevan Kentron" penitentiary wrote about this on his Facebook page. In particular, he noted: "The existing tension and instability in the world and in our region prove that threats to our state can be faced only through public solidarity. People may have different approaches, different points of view, completely opposite ideas on important issues, but this should never become a reason for internal enmity and division. What happened in a small village gives cause for serious thought. It is not the problem of the village, it is the problem of our entire state. There is no separate Syunik problem, no Tavush problem, Yerevan problem. We are all in one ship, and the safety of that ship is common. We all understand that our region and Armenia are in a difficult phase, and we will have to make difficult decisions in the near future. The atmosphere created inside the country will greatly influence the quality of decisions and their consequences. Internal solidarity is not about saying formal "Jan-Jigyar" to each other in every matter. There must be different opinions, different ideas. Internal solidarity is the feeling of a united ship, the perception of a united perspective, united future, united present, united risks. It is the national potential to find solutions together. When will we finally fully realize it, and are we not already too late? That is the question.
