In the near future, we are expecting the implementation of the TRIPP project in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, which will block communications between Armenia and Azerbaijan, including the connection between the northern and southern parts of Armenia and Nakhjevan of Azerbaijan. The connection between the territory of the Autonomous Republic, as well as the main part of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its Nakhjevan Autonomous Republic, within the territory of the Republic of Armenia - the sovereignty, territorial integrity and jurisdiction of the states. On the basis of due respect. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned this in his speech during the regular session of the Council of CIS Heads of States in Turkmenistan. In particular, he noted: "This is happening in fulfillment of the Washington Declaration, the third point of which says: "We affirmed the importance of opening communications between the two countries for domestic bilateral and international transportation, contributing to peace, stability and prosperity in the region and surrounding areas, based on on sovereignty, territorial integrity and jurisdiction of states. These efforts should include unhindered communication between the main part of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its Nakhjevan Autonomous Republic of Armenia. for international and domestic transportation on the territory of the state with mutual benefits of the Republic of Armenia". Thus, new international logistics routes will be opened from East to West and from South to North, including rail communication. It is located between the Persian Gulf and the Black Sea, with the territories of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia and Georgia. This shows that the implementation of the TRIPP project is beneficial to all the countries of the region, including the CIS countries, which will gain new logistics opportunities. In this context, I would like to note that the opening of the state border and, accordingly, the restoration of the road and railway infrastructures connecting Armenia and Turkey are expected."
