The Artsakh Citizens’ Rights Protection Council is planning to organize a short event on April 23 at 6:30 PM at Freedom Square in Yerevan to mark the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, followed by a march to Republic Square, where participants will join the traditional march.
