The third President of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, doubts that the military and political leaders of Artsakh were brought to Baku not without the interference of the current Armenian authorities.
“I have a serious suspicion that these people were put on this list not without Armenia’s interference,” he stated on the “Imnemnim” podcast.

I find it very strange that the Azerbaijanis allowed the current Commander of the Defense Army to enter Armenia, while bringing the minister, who was in Baku two years ago, along. Samvel Shahramanyan is also aware of this list, and I think the time will come when he will speak out,” the third President of the Republic of Armenia noted.
