Employees of the Azerbaijani Demining Agency (ANAMA) were arrested in the Kashatagh region of occupied Artsakh for violating public order. The incident occurred on September 11 in the center of Kashatagh. This was reported by Azerbaijani media.
The traffic police stopped the Hyundai Sonata car driven by the head of the ANAMA department, Mamedov (given name, surname), born in 1985. The driver was under the influence of alcohol and was not wearing a seat belt. His passenger, 31-year-old T. Gurbanov, was also under the influence of alcohol. They started making noise and using obscene expressions.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators, and the Lachin District Court decided to impose an administrative arrest for 8 days.
