The process of normalizing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia is going through a very important moment. Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Yalcin Rafiyev told APA about this.
“As you know, the process of agreeing on the text of the peace agreement is complete. There are two conditions for signing it – it is necessary to take concrete steps in this direction in order to create the ground for peace. Any peace promises will yield results only when these steps are implemented in practice, and when the specific demands and expectations of both sides are met,” Rafiyev said.
Recall that the essence of the additional claims comes down to the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group and changes to the Constitution of Armenia. At the same time, Azerbaijan is not going to change its own constitution.
