A daring bank robbery took place in the German city of Lübeck: criminals stole 10 million euros from a vault by opening 326 safe deposit boxes in a branch of Deutsche Bank. The robbers managed to easily get inside, and then stayed overnight in the bank and opened the safe deposit boxes without hindrance, Bild reports.
There were no cameras or motion sensors in the bank vault. The criminals rented safe deposit boxes in advance to gain access to the basement. Then they simply hid in the room and waited for the bank to close. After opening the vaults, they filled suitcases with money, gold and securities, and then drove away in an unknown direction by car.
The criminals have still not been found, and the police are continuing their investigation.
