January Brent futures rose on the London ICE Futures exchange by $0.22 (0.31%), to $72.11 per barrel. The day before, Brent rose by 6 cents, to $71.89 per barrel.
December WTI futures rose on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange NYMEX by $0.2 (0.29%), to $68.32 per barrel. During the previous session, the contract rose by 8 cents, to $68.12 per barrel.
