China has imposed restrictions on several US companies in connection with their large-scale arms sales to Taiwan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.
“In accordance with the provisions of Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 15 of the External Sanctions Law of the People’s Republic of China, China has decided to take retaliatory measures against the following US military enterprises and their senior officials,” the publication stated.
The list of companies subject to sanctions includes: American Northrop Grumman Systems, L3 Harris Maritime Services, Boeing (branch in St. Louis, Missouri), Gibbs and Cox, Advanced Acoustic Concepts LLC, VSE, Sierra Technical Services, Red Cat Holdings, Thiel Drone, ReconnaissanceBoat Co., Ltd., High Point Aviation Technology Company, Epirus Company, Diderion Company, I Field Company, Lanli Technology Company, Submarine Technology Company, Wantuo Company, Intel Company, Diamond Power Company, Lazarus Artificial Intelligence Company, and others.
The movable, immovable, and other property of these companies located in China is frozen, and Chinese organizations and individuals are prohibited from conducting transactions, cooperation, or other activities with them.
