The Market Inspection Authority of the Republic of Armenia conducted inspections in Yerevan in accordance with the “Toy Safety Inspection” checklist. The Market Inspection Authority reports that a random inspection of toys was conducted, which revealed that the “SLIMMER” toy does not comply with technical regulations and contains dangerous components.
“In order to rectify the identified violations, Armen Kotolyan, Head of the Market Inspection Authority, issued an order to suspend the sale of the batch of products, recall them, and destroy them. The Market Inspection Authority of the Republic of Armenia calls on all consumers who purchased this type of toy to contact the Inspection Authority and return them to prevent further harm to children’s health,” the statement reads.
