David Hambardzumyan was the opposition’s candidate for prime minister, it would be naive to think that the government would not take any steps, Tigran Abrahamyan said this in a conversation with reporters at the airport.
“The government has launched its election campaign and on this path is not only fighting against various political units, the Armenian Apostolic Church, but also community leaders who have authority and can be an obstacle for them in any way in the electoral processes,” the secretary of the “I Have Honor” faction noted.
It should be noted that Masis community leader David Hambardzumyan will arrive in Yerevan shortly. His relatives and supporters have gathered at Zvartnots airport. A large number of police forces have gathered at the scene.
