We hope that no actions will be taken that could destabilize the situation in the Caribbean and around Venezuela, and that everything will be done in accordance with international law, stated Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“Despite the fact that this international law is currently in a deplorable state in many parts of the world,” Peskov added.
As a reminder, today Pentagon Secretary Titus Hegseth announced the launch of a new operation against drug traffickers in the Western Hemisphere, dubbed “Southern Shield.” He noted that US warships have been deployed off the coast of Venezuela.
