We have a well-founded suspicion that everything possible has been done to prevent electricity prices from rising before the 2026 elections. This was stated at a press conference by David Ghazinyan, former acting director general of the Armenian National Electricity Grid (ANS).
“Therefore, I can say with certainty that electricity prices will rise after the elections,” he said.
He recalled that they are operating in the same manner as with the promises made to proud citizens and all prime ministers before 2021, and what has happened since then.
“I think the same thing will happen after 2026,” he said.
