He wrote: “It is with deep sorrow that I learned of the death of my elder friend, former Finance Minister of the Republic of Armenia Vardan Khachatryan.
The funeral will take place on February 7 at St. Hovhann Church in Kond from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and the funeral service will be held on February 8 at 2:30 PM there.
I express my deepest condolences to his family, relatives, and all his friends.”
