Yerevan residents are also deceived about the quality of the asphalt. When paving the streets of Yerevan, they do not change the water pipes, do not clean the water pipes, and it is the blockages of these old and rotten pipes and the improperly adjusted (or rather, completely absent) drainage system that lead to the floods that occur in the city.
The Avinyan Tigrans have the money to buy new real estate worth several hundred thousand dollars, but they cannot replace, repair or clean the water pipes before replacing the asphalt. And why? Because they look at our city by the principle of “whoever plunders the budget will get what he wants.”
