During the Divine Liturgy at St. Sarkis Church, the name of His Holiness was again omitted, after which those gathered loudly proclaimed the name of His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch of All Armenians, after which the citizen was dragged out of the church.
Following the incident, police detained Hovhannes Ishkhanyan and Hayk Dorunts.
As a reminder, Nikol Pashinyan and other officials arrived at St. Sarkis Church in Yerevan today to participate in the liturgy.
