The Primate of the Shirak Diocese, Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan, has been discharged from the hospital.

The bishop said he is feeling well. “I feel great, everything is fine, better than before,” he said.

As a reminder, the Primate of the Shirak Diocese has undergone two surgeries.

When asked what he would say to his colleagues, Archbishop Mikael replied that they know what they are doing. The bishop noted that he is now heading to Gyumri, to his residence.

It should also be noted that the bishop’s preventive detention has been replaced by house arrest, with a ban on unauthorized absences.

The Holy Father is prohibited from corresponding with others, making telephone calls, or using other forms of communication.

Only close relatives, his guardians, one clergyman from the Shirak Diocese, and one employee of the Administrative and Economic Department are permitted to visit the bishop.
