“I have no plans to go to Paris for the G7 summit proposed by French President Emmanuel Macron,” US President Donald Trump said at a press conference at the White House.
“No, I won’t, because, as you know, Emmanuel won’t last long, and there’s no stability there. He’s my friend, he’s a good guy. I like Macron, but he won’t last long, as you know. And I think I’m meeting with the people directly involved in this process, not some of the people you’re talking about,” Trump added.
As a reminder, yesterday the US president published a letter addressed to him by the French president, in which Macron invited Trump to attend the G7 summit in Paris.
