Nikolyanov’s propaganda machine, which turns the spit of Erdogan, Aliyev, Fidan, and Bayramov into rain, is using Solovyov’s unfortunate formulations to stoke the flames of Russophobia. This month, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“I would be very happy to give an interview to Solovyov to discuss the real problems in Armenian-Russian relations on air. Unfortunately, I don’t have that opportunity yet.”
It’s no longer “usual” that a number of Russian officials, when speaking about our region, display the attitude of the hero of the fable “The Elephant in the Dining Room.”
It’s amazing how one can constantly fail to learn from one’s own mistakes, including propaganda ones.
