In normal countries, illegal hidden video recording should have been immediately condemned, the perpetrators should have been exposed and punished to the fullest extent of the law, and the politicians should have resigned. Sharmazanov

I have been, am, and will remain a follower of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the apostolic flock led by His Holiness the Patriarch. This was written by Eduard Sharmazanov, a member of the Executive Body of the Republican Party of Armenia.

“President Nixon was forced to resign in 1974 due to wiretapping at the Democratic Party headquarters. Is it really possible that human rights and international organizations have nothing to demand from the Armenian authorities now?

The “stronghold of democracy” has become a hidden camera archive.

Blackmail, illegal wiretapping, video recording—these are the symbols of a “democratic bastion.”

In normal countries, several actions should be taken immediately.

1. Condemn the illegal secret video recording and distribution.

2. Expose the perpetrators and punish them to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Political resignations.

Recall that in 1974, US President Nixon was forced to resign after it was revealed that he knew about the illegal wiretapping of Democratic Party headquarters in the Watergate hotel complex in Washington, D.C., in May-June 1972.

Instead of talking about this, the “saints” and “innocents” launched some kind of “operation” to condemn the shameful videos /I haven’t seen them and I also condemn the “excavations” in people’s beds/.

The greatest shame is the “policy” of these authorities, aimed at surrendering their homeland and refusing to recognize Artsakh and the Genocide.

I am not a judge, nor am I sinless enough to judge people.

I am sinful from head to toe, let them judge me.

But let him who is not sinful cast the first stone at me.

We are all sinners, and it is enough to seek the saints on earth.

And let us always remember: as we judge, so we will be judged.

Or, more precisely, “with what judgment you judge, you will be judged” (Matthew 1:1).

The only Judge for us all is our Lord Jesus Christ.

I have been, am, and will be a humble representative of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the apostolic flock, headed by His Holiness the Patriarch.”
