In my opinion, we have not yet reached a level of maturity that will allow for effective negotiations with the US. In my opinion, the Americans have not yet reached the level where they can negotiate on equal terms. And if they want to negotiate to achieve at the negotiating table what they could not achieve in the military sphere, they will not succeed. I will not enter into negotiations that ignore the rights of the Iranian people,” Araghchi said.
