Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who attended the Gulf Cooperation Council summit in Manama, Bahrain, emphasized the need to reach an agreement with Iran on its nuclear program, IRNA reports.
Meloni also called the creation of two states the only way to resolve the Palestinian issue and the Middle East crisis. He called the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip “fragile” and expressed support for former US President Donald Trump’s peace plan for the region.
