Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze canceled a meeting with the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen, the Georgian government announced.
The reason was Valtonen’s participation in an illegal rally in Tbilisi the previous day and her dissemination of false information.
