The Kremlin took note of yesterday’s statement by US President Donald Trump regarding the timeframe for settling the Ukrainian conflict. This was reported to journalists by the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov.
He noted that Moscow remains committed to the peaceful process of settling the conflict and ensuring its interests.
Speaking about the possibility of Trump meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Peskov said that this issue is not on the agenda and is not on the agenda for now.
The new deadline for Russia to settle the Ukrainian conflict will be 10-12 days, Trump said, referring to the time allotted for settling the Ukrainian conflict.
“I am disappointed in President Putin. I am very disappointed in him,” he said, noting that the Russian side continues to strike Ukrainian territory.
