About 600 Armenian trucks are piled up near the Upper Lars checkpoint on the Russian-Georgian border. This was reported by the North Ossetian Road Traffic Management Center.
The Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars international highway is open to all vehicles, but traffic jams are not eliminated due to bad weather conditions.
According to the latest data, 1,438 vehicles are waiting to cross the checkpoint, 587 of which are Armenian.
