A legally binding document on Ukraine’s non-membership in NATO is the cornerstone of negotiations on the settlement of the Ukraine conflict, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
“Naturally, this issue is key and deserves special consideration compared to others. This is the essence of the negotiation process, and I would like to emphasize once again that we do not want to conduct it in a megaphone format,” he said at a briefing.
