The arrest of Lidiya Mantashyan, the only woman in the “Sacred Struggle” case, has been lifted.
The trial court, presided over by Judge Karen Farkhoyan, granted the lawyers’ motion.
A combined preventive measure will be applied to Lidiya Mantashyan: administrative supervision and bail in the amount of 2,500,000 drams.
As a reminder, at the previous hearing on November 20, the court ruled to extend Lidiya Mantashyan’s detention for an additional three months.
There are 18 defendants in the case. According to the indictment, they conspired to acquire the necessary means and weapons to commit a terrorist act and seize power, and also intentionally created other conditions in preparation for the seizure of power.
