Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated in Baku that they hope for a lasting peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“We highly appreciate my brother Ilham Aliyev’s sincere efforts to establish a lasting peace. We are pleased to see the bold steps of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in this direction.
God willing, this remarkable victory will lead to a lasting agreement that will strengthen peace and tranquility in the region thanks to the constructive stance of the two leaders,” Erdogan emphasized.
It is worth noting that he visited Azerbaijan to participate in a “military parade dedicated to the fifth anniversary of Victory in the War.”
