The trial court (Judge M. Shahverdyan) recently granted our motion: the house arrest imposed on political prisoner Narek Samsonyan has been commuted to administrative control with a ban on public speaking.
We learned of this from Ruben Melikyan’s lawyer’s Facebook page.
