By order of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, Deacon Janik Baghdasaryan has been called to serve in the Tavush Diocese, in Makaravank, with the powers of Vicar Prelate.
By Order No. 14 of the Vicar Prelate of the Tavush Diocese, His Eminence Father Samvel Vardapet Mkhitaryan, Deacon Janik Baghdasaryan has been appointed deacon, serving in the Makaravank Monastery Complex in the Ijevan Region, as well as in the churches of St. David in the village of Khashtarak and St. Astvatsatsin in the village of Lusahovit.
