Benjamin Netanyahu did not rule out strikes on Hamas militants in other countries.
“Our decision to bomb Hamas leaders in Qatar was an independent decision by Israel, and we bear full responsibility for this attack,” the Israeli prime minister said.
“The operation in Qatar failed not because its purpose was to convey to the public that there is no safe haven for terrorists,” he said.
