Vladimir Tamrazyan, former head of the Western Customs Department of the State Revenue Committee, and his family members were summoned to the Illegal Asset Confiscation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office on February 25, 2026. An investigation into property belonging to Vladimir Felix Tamrazyan was launched on March 13, 2023. A summary of the investigation has been compiled based on the preliminary findings.
Vladimir Tamrazyan’s wife, Rebecca Abrahamyan, and mother, Maria Tamrazyan, were also summoned to the Prosecutor General’s Office to review the case materials and present their position.
It should be noted that Vladimir Tamrazyan is the husband of the daughter of former Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan.
The Prosecutor’s Office is not currently disclosing the specific property it intends to confiscate. They reason that after the owners review the case materials, state their position, and provide evidence, the list of property subject to potential confiscation may change. This is why they are refraining from publishing the property list in advance.
