On March 22, officers from the Vagharshapat Police Department received a tip-off that a 41-year-old resident of the village of Arshaluys was in possession of drugs.
After verifying the information, the documents were transferred to the preliminary investigation agency.
A criminal case was opened, as a result of which, during a search of the 41-year-old man’s home, packages containing a substance resembling marijuana, totaling 141.4 grams, and 100 grams of dried cannabis plants were discovered.
The 41-year-old resident of Arshaluys was arrested and transferred to the Vagharshapat Police Department, and then to the investigating agency. A preliminary investigation is underway.
